I bought my first car Toyota Prius from Bill Griffin Motors last month. Mr. Paul was the point of contact, and he was exceptionally good at dealing with all my doubts and concerns. I was worried about NCT as it was about to expire in the month of December, but Mr. Paul assured that he will deliver the car with new NCT and I was happy to receive my car with brand new NCT till Jan 2026. Starter Battery was also weak, but he ensured that I will get my car without any issues. I heard the staff at Bill Griffin are not talkative, or lags in follow up, but I am sure they are truly professional and do their jobs accurately and they deliver happiness with the customers. I am happy to recommend Bill Griffin for genuine and valuable buy.

Have just purchased an Audi A1 Japanese import and we are thrilled. After trudging around various dealerships in south County Dublin we were giving up hope of ever finding an automatic petrol economical car. As soon as we set foot in Bill Griffin Motors we had our car picked out in under an hour. Michael was most helpful and patient, and could see that we like anxious parents! He was extremely helpful and answered all our questions, set the paperwork in motion and delivered the car to our door 4 days later. Excellent customer service. We have had total strangers come up to us in carparks to admire the car and we have happily recommended BGM to them.
